Detoxification Programme (In-Patient)
Safe medical withdrawal and stabilisation to prepare patients for the therapeutic journey.
Programme focus includes:
- Medical stabilisation
- Management of withdrawal symptoms
- Preparing clients for participation in therapeutic treatment
Minimum duration:
- Alcohol Detox: 7 days
- Medication Detox: 10 days
- Drug Detox: 14 days
Rehabilitation Programme (In-Patient)
A structured 28–35 day programme that integrates detox and therapy for holistic recovery.
Our residential rehabilitation programme provides clients with a safe and structured environment to address the physical, psychological and social aspects of addiction. Medical detox and therapy are combined into one programme.
Programme duration:
- Alcohol Dependency: 28 days
- Medication Dependency: 28 days
- Drug Dependency: 35 days
Therapeutic components include:
- Comprehensive holistic assessments
- Medical education and life-skills workshops
- Individual, group and family psychosocial therapy (Monday–Friday)
- Psychiatric consultation (as required)
- Occupational and art therapy
- Horticultural therapy
- Optional spiritual care
Outpatient Programme
Structured therapy and monitoring for individuals who maintain daily responsibilities while receiving support.
Designed for clients who do not require residential care, this programme offers flexible yet structured therapeutic support.
Programme structure:
- Minimum of 8 therapeutic sessions, including:
- Full assessment
- Individual therapy
- Family involvement
- Routine testing during enrolment
This programme is ideal for clients seeking early intervention, step-down support, or continued recovery while living at home.
Adolescent Programme
A supportive 5-week therapeutic programme tailored for teenagers and their families.
This programme provides age-appropriate guidance and support for adolescents struggling with substance use or risky behaviour.
Programme structure:
- 5-week programme
- Sessions conducted once per week
Includes:
- Evaluation session
- Parental/guardian feedback session
- Ongoing testing throughout the programme
Survivor Programme
Ongoing recovery support and community connection for programme graduates.
Recovery continues long after treatment ends. The Survivor Programme provides aftercare designed to strengthen long-term sobriety and prevent relapse.
Access includes:
- Weekly support group meetings
- Continued recovery community engagement
Free follow-up sessions:
- In-Patient graduates: 12 sessions (within 12 months)
- Outpatient graduates: 3 sessions (within 6 months)
- Adolescent programme graduates: 2 sessions
Family Support
Guidance, tools and involvement to support families affected by addiction.
Because addiction impacts the entire support system, Stabilis provides compassionate support and education for families navigating a loved one’s recovery.
Family support includes:
- Family sessions included in both in-patient and outpatient programmes
- Monthly psychoeducational Family Information Sessions
- Support for families who are unsure how to begin the treatment conversation
Workplace Support
Specialised support to strengthen employee wellbeing and workplace productivity.
Substance use affects both individual performance and the broader organisational environment. Stabilis provides tailored support to workplaces and HR teams.
We offer:
- Educational seminars
- Substance use awareness workshops
- Facilitated group sessions or conversations
- Support for employees affected by a loved one’s substance use
School Support
Awareness, prevention and early-intervention programmes for learners, parents, educators and community groups.
Stabilis partners with schools, churches, youth groups and community organisations to promote mental health, awareness and early detection of substance-related risks.

- Psychoeducational sessions
- Customised content based on the needs of the audience
