General Manager

Introduction

For more than 50 years, Stabilis has supported individuals and families struggling with Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). Stabilis provides a safe and compassionate environment where medical care, counselling, and spiritual guidance create opportunities for recovery. Stabilis is an organisation of the Dutch Reformed Church, offering services to the broader public from a foundation of Christian beliefs and values, regardless of background or faith. Requirements

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in management
  • A qualification in the field of medicine or humanities will be a strong recommendation.
  • Proven and relevant knowledge and experience in general management
  • Good physical and mental
  • Functions within a digital management system.
  • Effective leadership and communication
  • Valid driver’s license and own t
  • Preference will be given to South African citizens.

Benefits

  • Total annual remuneration package is negotiable in line with NPO scales for general managers.
  • The remuneration package includes all employer contributions.
  • Performance bonuses may, at the discretion of the employer, be considered for the successful candidate who meets the key performance indicators of the position
  • Participation in the employer’s pension fund and group scheme with Sanlam is compulsory.
  • 21 working days’ annual leave per annum.
